S.STEIN and HEATH collaboration
This spring we began a collaboration with Heath Ceramics out of Sausalito,
Ca. doing a Picnic Tote to carry their dishes, and the outcome was a total
success with alot of media coverage. Both the San Francisco Chronicle and
the L.A. Times Home section picked it up, and most recently C Magazine out
of Santa Barbara, June issue has published an article on both companies.
Sherry and Cathy Bailey, the owner of Heath, worked at Nike at the same time as
footwear designers - both Industrial Designers, and have worked together
since with Fila and other footwear companies. You must visit the Heath site

Dwell, July-august issue. This combo is tan with persimmon, the second one
is in olive with parsley suede.
