We make each bag 'to order', and because of the many colors in each
style, do not keep stock on our bags. We will extend store credit to
you if for any reason the bag you have ordered does not work for you.
You will need to contact us within seven days after recieving your bag
to make arrangements
to return it for credit.
We will do everything we can to provide information about the bag you're
interested in. Most vital information is provided on the style page,
but if you do need to see more views, have questions answered or see
material swatches,
we will be happy to accomodate you. Just ask!
Returns are very rare for us - we mostly get raves from our happy customers!
